「Formula keeps babies fuller, so it’s more nutritious」
Verdict
Myth"Keeps them full longer" is not the same as "more nutritious." The AAP policy statement names human milk the reference standard for infant feeding — the benchmark every other method is compared against, not the other way round. Formula is a safe and effective choice, and how you feed should be decided by your circumstances and your doctor, not by which option feels more filling.
