The claim

「Breast milk loses its nutrition after 6 months」

Verdict

Myth

Breast milk keeps its nutrients and antibodies. Solids start at 6 months because the baby’s needs grow (especially iron) — not because milk "goes off." WHO supports breastfeeding to 2 years and beyond.
