The claim

「Milk produced while angry is toxic」

Verdict

Myth

Emotions do not make milk "toxic." What they affect is the let-down: emotional stress inhibits oxytocin release, so the milk is slower to flow — the flow changes, not the milk. Dumping that feed is unnecessary, and skipping the removal can dent later supply. What actually needs attention is emotional support for the mother.
